Technical Specifications:

  • As such, we will not be making any changes for customer requests beyond what we have prebuilt and tested.
  • Any updates will come as an addition or updated version number of the templates below.
  • These TCM files will allow you to utilize more of your trucks available power band and eliminate sluggishness associated with the Aisin transmission.
  • Our TCM strategies pair well with trucks that have aftermarket injectors, turbochargers, etc.
  • We have 3 levels of optimized transmission tuning for these trucks: Standard Shift Points - Standard Shift Points with enhanced pressure and torque converter lockup strategies.
  • Raised Shift Points - Raised Shift Points recommended for those with larger wheels and tires or a customer that prefers the truck to stay in a higher RPM range.
  • This has pressure adjustments and enhanced torque converter strategies and shift timing.
  • High Shift Points- Even Further Raised Shift Points recommended for trucks running 37’s and larger.
  • Enhanced pressure, shift timing, and torque converter strategies are deployed.
  • Pair this TCM tuning with our AMDP ECM tuning for shift defuel and torque management control.
